IIn 2009, Jason Song together with three local roofing experts who each had more than ten years of roof replacement experience founded our roofing company. We started by replacing cedar shake roofs with durable asphalt shingle roofs. Over time our services expanded to include roof repairs, leak prevention, and complete roof maintenance. With more than a decade of hands-on experience we have solved countless complex roof leaks. What we have learned is simple. The roof is the most important part of any home to maintain. A well-maintained roof not only protects the entire house but can also extend the life of roofing materials. A roof expected to last twenty years can often remain in good condition for thirty to forty years with proper care. Roof maintenance begins with small consistent steps. Each year when gutters are cleaned it is wise for homeowners to also schedule a professional roof inspection.
